Alessia Comi
Alessia holds a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Milano Bicocca and a European Master’s Degree in Human Rights and Democratisation from the Global Campus of Human Rights. In deciding whether to pursue a traditional legal career in Italy or broaden her horizons, she chose to continue her studies in international human rights law, pursuing a more interdisciplinary degree between Venice, Italy, and Lisbon, Portugal. Both of her Master’s Degrees have focused on research into issues of reparations for historical gross human rights violations, women’s human rights, and the relationship between truth, memory, and justice.
She is now undertaking a traineeship at AGL, where she is excited to gain hands-on experience in issues of freedom of expression, artist protection, and digital rights.
