Kelsey joined the AGL team as the Programmes and Operations Lead in January 2026. Having first connected with AGL several years prior as a volunteer translator, she brings a decade of research, analysis and project management experience in the field of international humanitarian and human rights law, most recently with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR). Kelsey holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley in History and Arabic and master’s degree from the University of Oxford in Refugee and Forced Migration Studies. She has worked across Europe, the Middle East and North Africa and speaks English, Arabic and French.
